Gail uses a synergistic approach to link diverse parties, dissolve blocks of unhealthy competition, and enable organizations and communities to tap into tacit and entrepreneurial knowledge.

Since 1992, Todd's focus has been using design as a tool to facilitate learning, collaboration, individual and collective creativity and emergent solutions. He spent more than ten years with MG Taylor, where he led both the knOwhere Store and knOwhere Press entreprenurial ventures. Todd continues to design with and within a variety of organizations, applying his skills to a wide range of concerns in corporate, non-profit, government and community-based settings in the US and elsewhere.

Gail and Todd are the main stewards of Tomorrow Makers.  There is also a rich, exciting network of artists, writers, scientists, executives, educators, dreamers, and doers who make up the teams that are attracted to the work.  All in all, there are several hundred individuals who work with our processes. Many have their own business, but we all have one thing in common -- we believe that by working together we can design and bring forth a better world.
